The Challenge
One Nucleus, a not-for-profit Life Sciences & Healthcare membership organisation, came to Sciad with a big problem – their current website (right) was clunky, hard to update, and did not provide their members with an easy process to buy memberships and book events.
As members and as a part of a Contra deal, they challenged us to reimagine their booking and purchasing process, as well as if we had time, to overhaul the visuals on their site.
A New website
I mapped user journeys for potential customers and created an updated set of UI elements which would help make the process as easy as possible. Unfortunately, due to limitations in budget and technical issues with their development team, these visual improvements were only partially realised, however the process of checking out has been much improved.
